Will it actually sound like me — or like a robot?
That's the most common worry, and it's valid. The reason our speeches don't sound generic is because we use what you tell us — your specific memories, your relationship with the couple, your natural tone. If you tell us you're dry and sarcastic, the speech will be dry and sarcastic. If you're emotional and heartfelt, same. We don't use a template. Every word is written fresh for you. Most customers say they were surprised it "sounded exactly like them."

My wedding is in 2 days. Is that too last minute?
Not at all — this is actually when most people come to us. We have delivered speeches within 30 minutes at midnight. If you order before 10pm, you will have your speech the same night. We do ask that you try to give yourself at least a day to read it through and practice — a great speech delivered nervously is still better than a perfect speech you haven't rehearsed.

What if I don't like it? Can I get a refund or a rewrite?
Every order comes with one free revision. Tell us what you want changed — "make it shorter," "remove the Goa joke," "add something about how she always makes him better" — and we'll update it within a few hours. If you are still genuinely unhappy after the revision, we will rewrite the speech from scratch, no questions asked. We have never had a customer leave without a speech they felt proud of.

How long will the speech be? Will it fit in my time limit?
On the form you can choose your preferred length — short (1.5–2 min), medium (3–4 min), or long (5+ min). As a rough guide, 250 words = about 2 minutes when spoken at a comfortable pace. We will write to your chosen length. If the venue has a strict time limit, just mention it in the "additional notes" field and we will make sure you stay well within it.

I'm not a native English speaker. Will the speech still sound natural?

Yes — and this is actually one of the things we are best at. We can write at whatever level feels natural for you to speak. Simple, warm, conversational sentences that you won't stumble over are often more powerful than fancy language anyway. Many of our customers have delivered speeches in English as their second or third language and received standing ovations. Just let us know in the tone field and we will pitch it right.
Is my information kept private?
Completely. The personal details, stories, and memories you share are only used to write your speech. We do not store them after delivery, we do not share them with anyone, and we will never use your speech as an example without your explicit permission. Your wedding stories stay between you and us.
